During my twenty five years in the British diplomatic service I spent over a decade working on South and South-East Asian Affairs, as well as serving in Paris and at the British Mission to the UN in New York. I was also a Press Spokesman at the Foreign Ministry in London and Director for Trade for South Asia and Africa at the Department of Trade and Industry. I now act as Senior International Adviser to @ASA Associates/Corporate Catalyst India (one of India's leading audit/advisory practices - www.asa.in). For several years I was India Adviser to the Confederation of British Industry and chaired the British Business Group in Delhi. I sit on the Advisory Board of @AvianWE, one of India's great PR success stories of the last decade (avianwe.com) and its public affairs wing @ChaseIndia (chase-india.com).
