After graduating from kindergarten in 1976, Mark Rushing and his family spent almost a year living in Mexico and Guatemala. Years later, as a pale-skinned teen, Mark realized why the kids in Mexico City had nicknamed him “leche” (milk) at first sight.Mark’s fierce loyalty to his hometown Razorbacks can be traced back to a road trip to College Station, Texas for an Arkansas-Texas A&M game. The then impressionable first-grader was tramatized by a group of Aggies, with swords drawn, chasing a baby pig around the field before kickoff. Mark has been a bit suspicious of things from Texas ever since.His journalistic nature kicked in during high school when Mark began working summers for a group of weekly newspapers his father managed in northwest Arkansas. Mark is a family man and wants nothing more than for his two kids to enjoy their kids as much as he enjoys his.Specialties: Media training, media relations, strategic planning
