AT&T Global Public Sector and FirstNet, Shared Services - February 2018 to Present-- Presently working to expand our FISMA Managed SD-WAN and uCPE infrastructure [NOC/SOC/Staging/Service Delivery/Service Assurance] into a multi-service management platform. Current focus is on a SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) offer, requiring likely integration with FedRAMP (Cloud-enabled and hardened) Security capabilities.-- Worked with Product Marketing at HQ in Dallas as the technical liaison for Public Sector in DC to establish a FISMA-Managed SD-WAN service focused on Federal and SLED markets. This service, which also supports uCPE (with Router, Firewall, WANx and SD-WAN VNFs), was launched 3Q20.

System/Service/Security Architect & Technical Project Manager: Emerging IP-Based Network Services-- Solutions Architect and Technical Project Manager in the Enterprise Management Practice Area of AT&T Government Solutions. Working closely with several USG agencies on OSS system enhancements (spanning core functionality as well as explicit security hardening) and operational process optimization efforts. -- Lead Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) and Architect for a large customer program.-- Member of the Secure Mobility Practice Area investigating means for managed service realization aligned with evolving Commercial and US Government requirements. Also worked to coordinate structured delivery of new service capabilities to AT&T's Enhanced Cyber Security (ECS) service and the AMS (AT&T Mobile Security) service platform.-- Technical Lead, Project Manager & Architect for a comprehensive new-concept VoIP Service. Provided technical direction and oversight for all efforts spanning numerous cross-organizational teams. Also responsible for long-term strategic vision. -- Operational Support System (OSS) platform design and Operational Process definition for key facets of a new-concept IP Network Security Service. Project Managed construction of Security-Oriented Network Operations Center (NOC) and worked closely with Analyst Teams to drive capability definition & evolution.
