• Designed, developed and managed web portal application for electronic payments via credit card and electronic check. In addition, the portal provided facilities for managing electronic wallets as well as providing the ability for future payment scheduling on either a recurring or one –time basis. Portal provided internal application development teams an interface library which could be used to control application skinning, process behavior and data exchange parameters. Client applications use either the interface library or native XML to control the portal. Implementation of portal provides a single source PCI compliant access point for all interactions with company payment processing providers.• Served as lead architect, developer and project manager for myLocalGov™ suite of applications. Suite provides over two hundred government entities to ability to: Establish a web presence; Provide electronic payment capabilities; Manage building permits; Process citizen complaints.

• Architected 3-tier web application suite to provide web point of presence to local government entities. Successfully implemented application to such organizations as: City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Missouri Association of County Collectors (MCCA), Wisconsin County Treasurers Association (WCTA), North Dakota County Treasurers Association (NDCTA) and the City of Hollywood, Florida. Managed development team and served as lead developer of all database routines. Application suite was purchased by Tier Technologies, Inc. in December of 2004 for use within the Official Payments™ brand.

• Served as an internal consultant for all customer facing processes including Customer Service, Sales and Marketing. Primary responsibilities included development and implementation of corporate revenue reporting system using SAP Business Information Warehouse technology. Implementation of SAP BIW required conversion of data warehouse from DB2 to Oracle. Knowledge of ETL tools enabled this conversion to occur within minimal personnel and without service interruption to client base.• Developed and managed internal sales reporting system known as STARS. System provided over fifteen hundred global users the ability to access revenue information based on multiple dimensions. Application had the ability to display information in multiple formats including text, graphs and spreadsheet. Received an internal Marketing Achievement Award recognizing efforts in marketing product to internal user base.
