Suite provides over two hundred government entities to ability to: Establish a web presence; Provide electronic payment capabilities; Manage building permits; Process citizen complaints. -

Primary responsibilities included development and implementation of corporate revenue reporting system using SAP Business Information Warehouse technology. Knowledge of ETL tools enabled this conversion to occur within minimal personnel and without service interruption to client base.• Developed and managed internal sales reporting system known as STARS. Application had the ability to display information in multiple formats including text, graphs and spreadsheet. Received an internal Marketing Achievement Award recognizing efforts in marketing product to internal user base.
