Client: Leading Irish BankProjects: Series of projects within Transformation & Change Heavily involved in the incident management response of the bank to the Covid-19 outbreak in Ireland (March 2020). I worked closely with the Bronze Incident Control Group (ExCo-2), helping to provide organisation and structure to an unprecedented and rapidly changing incident. I applied rigour to incident management governance and assumed responsibility for a vital document of post-incident audit.In my final role at the bank, I worked in the e-Commerce space within a high profile regulatory change project. Key point-of-contact for the client in the implementation of updated customer authentication practices, across both Personal & Commercial Banking. During this time, I chaired a weekly eCommerce Working Group and represented this working group at a bi-weekly Project Board. I was solely accountable for the resolution and closure of actions within this workstream. I was also afforded the opportunity to draft an options paper for Executive Level audience and liaise with the Central Bank of Ireland.

Throughout a 6 month student internship at Rape Crisis MW, I gained an ability to manage people effectively and responsibly (volunteers & events), produce strategic plans and administrative documents (event sponsorship & social media), acquired training in Understanding Domestic Abuse (through ADAPT) and much more. Working within this established service provider, a frontline service, also greatly improved my knowledge of the counselling and clinical elements of psychology.
