I'm a seasoned Manager with 9 years' experience managing in the Hospitality Industry. I'm passionate about utilizing teamwork to exceed objectives while building memorable experiences for our guests and employees.The last 5 years I have enjoyed helping grow Graduate Hotel Collection from their first location in Tempe, AZ, to their now 22 locations. I focused on creating and implementing standards and opperating procedures in Tempe that ultimately lead to task force support for the fastest growing independent hotel collection in history. As General Manager I established Graduate Tempe as a leader by improving RevPAR and GOP through dedicated efforts in Market Segmentation with focus on long term revenue strategy changes, forging University relationships, and utilized emotional intelligence to improve our employee experience and ultimately exceed our ownership and investor objectives.
