Mark has more than a quarter century of executive experience in international agribusiness and commodities. He has held leadership roles with multinationals including Noble Group and one of the largest global commodity firms, Glencore. He has managed food and agribusinesses with revenues of up to US$1 billion and multinational teams and operations in regions including the United States, Europe, Brazil and China. Mark founded Sydney Advisory Partners as Principal in 2014, a food, agribusiness and agri-commodities investment and advisory firm. His work concentrates on engagements with institutional and large corporate clients assisting them to develop investment and commercial strategies; investment analysis; due diligence and commercial structuring. He brings to Sydney Advisory Partners a substantial depth of knowledge and experience in international food and agribusiness – from production, processing and trading through the entire value chain to end users. Mark has led project work in food production in Brazil; supply chain asset acquisition and disposals in United States; and dairy productivity initiatives in New Zealand.Mark has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of New England and a Post Graduate Diploma from INSEAD.
