I lead a team of Partner Technical Leads and enable partner technical teams to sell, design, configure, and implement hybrid cloud solutions and services. Working with the partner technical leaders, we identify business opportunities and implement technical development activities that accelerate NetApp sales.I love to create and implement programs and initiatives that increase performance, drive teamwork, and collaboration across teams. I am fascinated with online collaboration tools and and how remote workers learn and develop their technical skills.
