Was promoted to this position from the "front line" to ensure that processes were improved.This included monitoring and tracking of utilization hours of practitioners in the family intervention program. Identified difficulties in the system that was used to track these hours, and demonstrated to colleagues the importance of accuracy in the process.Anticipated unforeseen costs that would come with the licensing fees of an assessment tool that had been used by the family intervention program. Researched and presented and purchased three assessment tools that meet the "gold standard" of family functioning assessments. All three were chosen in anticipation of the new "outcomes based" service delivery model to be implemented by the Government of Alberta's Human Services Department by 2015. Saved the agency substantial costs while providing great quality tools.Worked closely to improve outcomes measurements from the externalized case management system the agency employed. I became site administrator in the autumn of 2012. Championed a move to an approach that would provide linkable care planning to outcomes.Conducted literature reviews and wrote the evaluation schema for the RFP that led to the successful awarding of the Supported Access Services contract.Taught Agency Orientation and used a variety of methods to stimulate greater interest and retention. Received consistently positive reviews as a facilitator

Cone of Silence was my original music project. We released two albums: "Lift Twist and Jerk" in 1995 and "Sixty-Grit Sandpaper and Other Delights" in 2004. Two of my songs, "Liquid Girl" and "Flying My Kite (in the Solar Wind") were used in two separate films by Jason Margolis. The former was in a film called "After Shock." The latter was used for the end credits of Jason's "Healthy Human Speciman."
