Review and align all training functions across Geoban UK.Standardise materials, delivery approach and activities to increase revenue through removing rework and multiple activities across the group. Implement a harmonised solution to Training Needs Analysis, Design & Delivery to ensure customer focus, consistency and accuracy.

Working across the wider Geoban UK group to facilitate training needs within the associate and team manager level population in addition to the onboarding and multiskilling development as with Santander Cards UK Ltd.

Manage a team of 7 permanent and various seconded Training Specialists and based in Leeds and Newcastle.Design and deliver all customer facing associate training needs for around 2000 people.All aspects from Onboarding through regulatory, Compliance, product and process training is carried out by my team.Budgetary responsibility in excess of £250,000.
