Experience:Supply Chain Management is where the skills and intelligence of the organization are combined to succeed: designs, forecasts, financial resources, and capacities are coordinated by the material plan.However, no plan remains static: the supply chain organization must continually revise plans, balance human and financial resources, and control inventory.The plan behind the plan must ensure that alternatives are always available, that resources are committed only when they have to be, and that flexibility is maintained at the highest possible level.Simplicity is the key.
