My biggest achievement is pitching a concept for a new revenue stream to Laguna Resorts and Hotels in Thailand, creating not just the idea but the vision for the resort and how I could assist management to plan and implement. I believed in what I had built in my own business and saw the opportunity for the resort group to invest in their own tour wing of the business. This started my career with Laguna and over the next six years I built the tour business, worked with and trained teams in HR, marketing and finance to understand the project and deliverables and started a in house service centre which significantly reduced maintenance costs for tour boats and assets.Whilst achieving $1m in revenue in the first year at Laguna was incredible, I am just as proud of my current work supporting people to build and create their own business through a franchise style model. I celebrate each dealership sale as I see new visions and growth possibilities at the individual level.
