As the President of this start-up organization, it was my responsibility to build the infrastructure needed to support the future growth of the company. After retaining key Executive roles at the operations, sales and process/technical areas, and building the team to over 350 FTE's (including an off-shore presence with approximately 100 FTE's) it was time to successfully transition the company back over to its founder. The team at Medi-Centrix consists of some of the best Physician RCM talent in the market place. They have a thriving joint-venture partnership with the Hackensack Meridian and Jefferson Health Systems where they provide all back-end RCM functions for their employed physicians.

Following my time with Convergent, I spent this year providing consultative services to Private Equity groups that were interested in acquiring healthcare service organizations, particularly in the RCM space. I assisted with the due diligence process to ensure all aspects of the potential transactions were addressed, including proper valuation along with operational, technical, sales and financial assessments.

As the leader of Convergent Healthcare, I had the privilege of working with some of the best talent in healthcare. The footprint of Convergent included Operation Centers of Excellence located in Boca Raton FL, Dallas TX, Peoria IL and Manassas VA. I was accountable to the Board of Directors for all segments of the business including operations, sales and financial management. I was responsible for all top and bottom-line management as well as developing strategic initiatives to drive the company vision forward.
