Subcontract value range $200K - $1.8M. Trades include structural, millwork, finishes, food service equipment & all MEPs.- Assemble conceptual budgets using historical data to assist clients with constructibility exercises.- Generate a Budget Adjustment after contract to demonstrate financial impact of design changes.- Presented summaries of high profile projects to the Regional Leadership Team.- Key Clients include Google, Microsoft, UCLA, Pebblebrook & high profile residences protected by NDA.- Key Owner Project Managers include JLL, CBRE & Cumming.- Key Projects include Ground-Up Multi-Family Complex, High End Ground-Up Residential Projects, Ground-Up Hotels & TI/Commercial Amenity Upgrades. Project Size ranges from $5M - $85M.
