Solution Architect & Senior Developer - Solution architect for clients of all sizes and across all industries - Technical lead for discovery, requirements gathering, research, programming, testing, and deployments- Create efficient and cost-effective solutions for clients’ environment, budget, and existing technology - Use phased approach to launch solutions to save clients money and see faster return on investment- Architect and manage integration of legacy systems with new technology - Collaborate with IT, marketing, operations, and other teams, as project requires- Research and implement system performance optimization- Streamline and automate processes to reduce manual work and increase efficiency Operations- Lead team of more than 35 developers, designers, digital specialists, support staff, and contractors; manage human resources issues, interviewing and hiring, and staff retention- Manage company’s long-term planning and strategy; handle company finances- Cultivate positive, fun work environment that encourages team camaraderie, outstanding customer support, and health and wellness- Act as mentor and teacher for junior staff and BizStream Academy students- Build and optimize software to aid in efficient internal processes (project management, timesheets, customer support systems, and more)- Encourage team mindset of giving back and community involvement; participate in educational and community eventsYouthCenter- Converted intranet to case management and court management systems- Continually work with users for upgrades in performance in functionality
