Led a cross-functional team of 80+ people that included engineers, interaction and visual designers, digital modelers and font and translation specialists that delivered user interface designs and requirements for Ford in-vehicle systems including SYNC infotainment and connectivity systems and driver information systems. • Lead overall program management for UX including defining milestone deliverables (both traditional waterfall process with external partners and an agile methodology with internal software teams), and tracking all the way through implementation validation on all Ford and Lincoln center stack screens and clusters• Worked with the features team translate complex feature sets into simple and appropriate user experiences such as energy management / on board generator, Phone as a Key, and drive assistance features including Consumer Reports top rated Blue Cruise. Experience definitions would consider multiple modalities and channels and have a roadmap aligned with technology availability• Delivered the requirements to the software team including feature level wireframes, information architecture wireframes, production digital assets, font files and translations• Defined the program and product content while considering multiple trade-offs between the vehicle program teams, software delivery team, the features team and the studio • Defined a physical and digital interaction and cockpit strategy centered around the customer to develop holistic experiences across different channels and modalities • Managed consumer testing for quick iterative design progress as well as overall usability validations• Oversaw a digital modeling team that used QT, HTML5, Unreal and Android to enable quick user testing and management reviews• Managed an annual budget of approximately $8M to utilize suppliers for staff augmentation focusing on digital modeling, concept creation with multiple customer touchpoints and production digital asset delivery

• Led a team of six application engineers to release and launch Instrument Clusters, Switches, Climate Control Heads and Infotainment systems• Launched the first SYNC Gen 1 system on the Ford Focus

• Responsible to release and launch all switches for full size SUV’s for both Ford and Lincoln• Introduced white lighting and Satin Nickel switches for Lincoln

• Managed sales accounts and negotiated terms of business with General Motors and associated other Tier 1 fuel delivery suppliers• Led program management to deliver and launch fuel delivery products in the U.S.

• Designed and released switches for Nissan, Ford, and Mazda programs• Acted as a resident engineer at Ford, supporting all UTA switches• Worked at the switch assembly plant in Jaurez, Mexico for six months to launch the Ford Escort turn signal and headlamp switch
