About Mark Schofield

I love dissecting complex problems.Since the beginning of my career, I’ve found it fascinating to work with different people and businesses to overcome the obstacles they have in reaching their goals. Whether a problem is $10M or $5k, I’m attracted to the grit, creativity, perseverance and collaboration needed to find solutions. Problems don’t have to have a dollar figure attached to them either. I’m moved by the problem of child exploitation. I’m driven to champion one life at a time and let compounding love transformationally solve this large problem. I’m not afraid to go deep to find the root problem. I frequently climb on my soapbox to tell others about the benefits of mentorship - the 30,000 foot view of life from those who have been on the journey longer than I have. I seek wisdom and perspective on a regular basis to make sure my focus doesn’t become too narrow.
