An innovative and hardworking Maryland-based entrepreneur focused on growing in the field of human resources and sales management. As the managing partner of Infiniti HR and Infiniti Benefits, my goal is to create a genuine connection between employer and employee.Featured in the December 2012 issue of SmartCEO Magazine, I bring substantial operational and sales experience to help businesses of all sizes effectively manage critical human resource functions. I’ve founded several professional employer organizations and am a visionary leader in Grand Slam Investments. With more than 20 years of executive management experience, I currently assist Infiniti HR’s clients in the areas of organizational development, strategic planning, employee relations, branding, leadership training and coaching.I began my professional sales career at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) in 1993 and then helped start Baltimore-based PEO Human Resource Technologies in 1996. After growing their sales to 5,000 worksite employees, I transitioned to Paystaff where I lead the sales and sales management until 2008. Since then, I’ve been driving corporate initiatives at Infiniti HR and Infiniti Benefits.I earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and sales from Frostburg State University and currently hold a life and health insurance license in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
