·Responsible for addressing and understanding customer concerns, writing up their vehicle, and communicating any current and future maintenance needs.·Responsible for the safety inspection and certification on all pre owned vehicles.·Responsible for the maintenance, prep and availability of Ford's Media Relation vehicles.·Responsible for customer follow up and making sure customers’ expectations were met. ·Resolve any service or customer satisfaction concerns.

·Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining dealership website for on- line consumers.·Manage daily updates of website inventory i.e. photos, descriptions, pricing, etc. ·Track, document and report website activity including hits, visits, habits and length of stay.·Administer all dealership e-mails including requests, parts ordering and service appointments. ·Establish market trends, needs, and expectations of the Internet buyer. Present to sales and management along with up-to-date sources for customer information. ·Assist consumers in sourcing, selecting and purchasing vehicles through the Internet. Manage purchase requests from third party providers.·Design and publish monthly dealership newsletter including manufacturer updates.
