Founded in 2005, and active up until ~2016, Objectiv provided architecture and software design consultancy services in the Sydney market; a limited selection of indicative engagements includes:• Application Architecture Consulting (for a Privately Held AML/CTF Software Package Developer (2009))Short-term engagement involved providing process management, architecture and some hands-on development of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 based AML (anti-Money laundering) financial package for a small start-up. Worked closely with the business founders and another senior developer in developing high level business requirements into completed functionality. Contributed significantly to the evolution of the evolution of the project to a fully agile environment.• Application and Project Delivery Consulting (for a Specialist Residential Lending Provider (2006))Reporting to the organisation's Enterprise Architect, I provided technical leadership on development language and technology new to the client's team and acted as the determiner of overall application architecture for a new internal mortgage arears management application. In addition to the technical aspects of this position, I managed the initial estimation, validated the project plan costs and risks and took direct responsibility for the technical delivery of the project. This engagement ran for 8 months and was delivered on schedule and with very few defects; primarily due to the agile test-first development approach championed, and driven, by myself.
