I am an experienced trial lawyer and former CPA. I represent business clients in all types of litigation matters and disputes, including business and commercial disputes, transportation and logistics matters, products liability and mass tort claims, and accounting and other malpractice claims.I have extensive experience working with clients in the transportation industry. I am a member of the Transportation Lawyers Association, Conference of Freight Counsel and am on the steering committee of the transportation and products liability practice groups of the American Law Firm Association. My additional practical industry training includes attending the Practical Transportation Training Institute for Litigation Attorneys at the Mayflower Transportation Training Center for drivers, the 24 Hour Employee Training Program for the Safe Handling and Transportation of Hazardous Materials and the National Safety Counsel's Defensive Driving Course for Professional Truck Drivers at Groendyke Transport, Inc.
