Executive CoachExecutive Coaching Jan 2006 - PresentGreater Atlanta AreaAfter 25 years working with executives to develop strong company cultures, develop and train leaders, inspire workforces and recruit and retain employees, I decided to take my experience and work as an executive coach and company culture consultant. After retiring from Corporate America at the age of 48, I still wanted to use my expertise, experience and passion for inspiring people in the workplace, developing leaders and grooming leaders to grow within organizations. It has been a pleasure to work with Executives that are working to grow their people and develop strong company cultures. I have a unique approach to executive coaching - one that is out of the box and unconventional, yet successful. I have a customized approach that is tailor made for each individual that I work with. While an unconventional method isn't the approach for everyone, it works well for those who connect with progressive thinking, a customized plan and an open mind. One of the joys of being "semi-retired" is that I get to choose the executives I work with, which makes my job fun and rewarding! The other joy is having time to enjoy my kids and grandchildren and watch them grow. It is a blessing to have the freedom to do what I do because I love doing it. I don't do it for the money, and I'm not actively looking for clients, but somehow clients always seem to find me.I am also in the process of completing my first book regarding my life journey and the unique experiences I have encountered along the way.
