Guide and co-initiator of Becoming Crew - supporting leaders to cultivate their individual and collective capacities to navigate mysterious times, to become active participants in co-creating the emerging future and grow life-sustaining communities and cultures in the places they call home.Co-creator of Festival of Fearlessness - a multi day learning experiences for place-based leaders to support systems shift.2) Catalysing diverse and complex collaborations to deliver systems change so that we can grow a regenerative culture.Strategic management of ‘Common Ground’ for Active Communities in Birmingham & Solihull. The programme brought together multiple partners across the place system with grassroots organisations and individuals to explore the role of reclaiming ‘common’ space within communities to support civic participation and physical activity.Working with senior leaders within the family of Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty to co-create a new strategy that enables each of the 46 organisations to adapt to become more inclusive and open to all.
