Current- Support and manage 150 clinical practitioners and ensure performance meets policies and guidelines.
- Drive cross-functional team activities to ensure projects are meet company goals of over 200,000 completed assessments.
- Reviews budget to ensure scheduling, capacity, and hiring needs meets goals while conserving costs.
- Leads in investigations requested by clients to ensure processes remain improving and efficient.
- Identify clinical risks as well as safety risks to providers and members; and proactively address in collaboration with appropriate teams.
- Mentor and coach clinical coordinator staff teams as needed.
