In July 2015 The Envelope Works Group were pleased to announce the opening of our new envelope manufacturing business "The Reel Envelope Company Ltd". We are located in the Shadsworth Business Park in Blackburn Lancashire in a purpose built 32,500 square foot facility. We have invested heavily in our new company and now boast an outstanding factory with market leading new technology all driven by our very experienced team of people who are at the heart of everything we do. Along with flexo, we now specialize in REEL to REEL litho and we are the only envelope manufacturer in the UK to produce all this under one roof in house. We have invested heavily in GMG colour proof to ensure that not only is all our four colour work printed to the highest standards but we have enhanced stability throughout the run. We print in Fogra 39L and 47L colour space and we are the only UK envelope manufacturer to hold the GMG Fogra certification.

I was pleased to announce that The Envelope Works Ltd completed the acquisition of ACE envelopes ltd on Friday 16th August 2013. ACE envelopes will continue to trade independently and will become part of The Envelope Works Group. Strategically this was a great move for our business and it gave us a completely new client base to work with, ACE now benefits from all our ISO and environmental accreditations along with the additional purchasing power and finances being part of a larger group brings.
