Project leader/Measurement Quantity Surveyor in the production of Bills of Quantities for Contractors during their tender period.BQ production which was very much deadline driven as Contractor's required pricing documents as soon as possible in order to fully maximise their tendering period, in order to submit accurate, comprehensive and competitive prices.Documents produced generally as SMM7 guidelines and to project specific contract sum analysis'. Role included working through the introduction and evolution of BIM projects. Experience gained in working with 3D modelling team, along with 3D take-off and billing software. Subsequently produced bills to NRM requirements.

Carrying out all disciplines of role as Quantity Surveyor, from feasibility studies and cost planning through to contract completion and final accounts.Involved in the major regeneration of two large housing estates situated in South London. Project Quantity Surveyor, working with Contractor's to deliver cost effective and high quality end products for Local Authorities.Valuable experience gained whilst at bptw as the role covered all aspects of a Quantity Surveyors duties.
