I have been involved in the identification of sustainable technological tracks and the business concepts behind the deployment of these systems in a variety of markets with a particular emphasis in the telecom sector and their use in conjunction with renewables. I have worked with systems that produce hydrogen on site (Recharge) and also through reforming technology (Methanol Reforming). Companies I have successfully brought to market and deployed include Electro Power Systems, Acta SpA,Horizon Fuel Cell Technologies.Overall overall I am highly experienced in the sales and the development of new business for overseas companies in the ASIA markets. This includes general management experience with a powerful combination of commercial, technical and management skills, to build a local team quickly, to manage all aspects of the delivery of a technical product including pre, post sales and operational support. Experience in Interim Management, Business Plan preparation, Business Plan evaluation, and Joint Venture evaluation, practical strategic, tactical and regulatory advice. Proven high self-motivation, ability to deliver, dedication with a customer focused approach.

M-Business (mbr) is a Malaysia based company, which specialises in assisting companies and their investors in developing business in ASIA and the Middle East. This is achieved by providing the right people on Interim Management, Contract or by Executive Search basis and has included very focus consulting for a wide range of clients in the telecom sector, including Schlumberger, Telemanagement Forum, Airwide, Strom/Sitronics, mFormation. This also involved the successful market entry for a number of start-up’s including UMU, Interacct and Avalanche Mobile. In addition we have also worked with Telecom operators directly including Maxis, Time Telcom, Green Packet, in Malaysia, Ratelindo, Semporna Telecom in Indonesia and the EDB investment arm for the Singapore Government. Activities for these companies included defining and executing a business plan and actively selling and promoting their technology with targeted clients. As a result of the success in closing deals for our clients, mbr created an Executive Search division in 2004 with the specific aim to provide a boutique recruitment service for our clients who needed to hire in country people to deliver and support these projects. These roles ranged from support engineers to software developers, project managers and c-level management. mbr’s executive search business very quickly expanded beyond our own client base and by 2010, any telecom supplier with an office in Malaysia or Singapore, will have a number of their people placed by mbr at some point in time. This division was sold to the management team in 2012 and now operates as an independent entity.
