Enable Alluring Glass' 10-year growth vision by relocating the production and planning operations into a 4x larger and more centrally located facility. Convert the 7000 Sq ft Office Building built in 1930 from traditional offices to contemporary open office concept. Plan and execute the remodeling on agile timing and on a tight budget. Deliver minor upgrades to the detached 6000 Sq ft warehouse built in 1997.Wore many hats, including architect, project manager, general contractor, cost estimator, scheduler, sledge hammer swinger, tree pruner, box truck driver, furniture mover, and floor sweeper.Agile relocation with a vertical startup was achieved. Alluring Glass staff conducted, and then closed, operations at the prior site on Friday, February 23, 2024, and resumed "business as usual" at the new site on Monday, February 26th. Zero business interruptions.Alluring Glass' new site will also serve as the new home of the Conduit small business association and the Conduit Apprentice Program (CAP) which equips high school students to excel in the trades industries.

Co-developed two novel analytical methods and a fundamental computer model for predicting moisture ingress and its impact on product stability.•Oversaw the definition, design, start-up and problem solving for a complex cleaning-in-place and sanitizing-in-place process for making skin care emulsions (Olay, Clearasil, Noxzema) that are inclined towards supporting microbial growth.•Developed, designed, and started-up a powder milling, agglomerating, and mixing system for a high-volume Over-The-Counter powder dosage form. 35 years later, the same process is reliably making the product with few changes or upgrades.

BSF is an international Bible study whose mission is to build leaders who will lead in the cause of Christ in the world. Committed BSF volunteers lead the local classes. The Substitute Teaching Leader (STL) backs up the Teaching Leader (TL) when needed to lead the class and to teach a 45-minute lecture on the week's Bible passage. Other responsibilities include leading the weekly BSF Introduction Class and, as needed, facilitating the weekly BSF Leaders Meeting and leading Discussion Groups. Served BSF as a Discussion Group Leader (DL) from 1994-1998.
