I am passionate about providing the highest quality customer service experience to our clients by staying engaged with them, understanding their goals and their needs, and finding ways to help them solve problems to help them increase their sales volumes in the hospitality sector. I thrive on helping clients find success in their roles, and I have only succeeded in in doing my job if each client has succeeded in achieving their goals and objectives.In my current role I work closely with senior executives, sales teams, marketing groups, and analysts within the leading hotel franchise companies, hotel ownership and management groups, and vendors selling products and services in the hospitality vertical. I am the primary post-sale point of contact for each of our clients and provide initial orientation as well as ongoing support.I enjoy hosting webinars, with small to very large groups, to introduce new clients to our programs, as well as the daily interactions I have with our existing clients. Additionally, with an expertise in using Microsoft Excel and various database and CRM programs, I am able to take massive amounts of data and put it into a format that can be easily digested so that sales opportunities can be more easily identified and pursued.
