I participated in the Military Decision Making Process during the planning and execution of 17 separate Brigade level operations, all involving multiple Iraqi Army and Iraqi Police units. These efforts contributed significantly to the defeat of the insurgency in and around Ramadi, Iraq.- Managed the Iraqi Security Forces Program, the brigade's decisive operation, involving over 40 Military/Police Transition Teams and 12,000 Iraqi personnel.
