Celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2021. - Established the “Japan Realty Company” to support the needs of those wishing to work with real estate in Japan, - Established a series of Residential Rental Apartment buildings in Japan. Built several multi-storey apartment buildings for self-investment from the ground up and renovated several older properties mostly to help others. This video shows one of our smaller residential rental apartments. http://bit.ly/sofiel4- Established self as competitive Off Shore racing sailor. Prefer Double Handed. At time of writing am skippering "Roschana" a modified Adams 11.9. In 2012 sailed "Roschana" double handed from Adelaide Australia to Osaka Japan. http://bit.ly/squallhoping- Master of Business Administration Leadership Sustainability - MBA LS my qualification fits my life.- I am a jeans and t-shirt person. Out of respect on special occasions, yes, I will wear a suit.
