As Senior Manager for EllisDon’s Project Management division, I managed a team of consultants for large losses, CAT’s, client directed capital expenditures programs, and owner representation projects. -Direct teams in the execution of the client directed capital expenditures programs and owner representation projects.-Represent on behalf of insurance companies, adjusters, and owners thru out insurance claims. -Direct independent Insurance Risk Assessments for large loss files. Services include: Early Response Protocol, Assessment Action Plans, Cost Control, Loss Scoping and acting as Expert Witness. -Establish strategic plan to deliver expansion program that quantified future revenue opportunities by $1 billion+ in project management and construction.-Developed program for virtual construction, managed services and FM services to enhance services, environmental and sustainable development products for client.-Initiating and implementing new technologies, methodologies, processes and procedures that will support company long and short-term goals.
