Since January 2017, I've hosted retreats and facilitated ceremony circles at Ayahuasca Ceremonies Mallorca, creating nurturing spaces for participants' personal and collective journeys. Responsible for establishing and managing the retreat from marketing to hosting, I provide integration coaching and maintain the retreat’s ambiance. My role reflects a deep passion for exploring humanity's essence and fostering individual and collective healing and growth.

As Director and CTO at HER INVITATION LTD, I supported the company's mission to empower women through 'Increase Your Power & Influence' workshops. My role facilitated the outreach of these workshops to thousands of women worldwide, from Rome to Dubai, reminding them of their influence and power.

I was at the inception of Newsletter Genie back in 2006 and acted as mentor through it's early stages of development. I then stepped up as CTO where I lead our digital initiatives. My role was to grow the business to a national concern.Newsletter Genie was a one-stop service for businesses who know that email marketing is the most effective means of bringing in leads but simply don’t have the time or know-how to do a professional job in-house. Heading up Global Digital Communications for Global Ethics Ltd, the company behind the One Brand of products.One are a social enterprise running as a limited company and put all the profits they make into their charity, The One Foundation.Here I led their Digital and Social Media strategy. On Facebook we achieved 250,000 fans on our fan page just 6 weeks after launch. In my time at Global Ethics, I saw them deliver more than £8m to humanitarian projects in Sub Saharan Africa.

I was a founding Director of Business Agility Ltd, where I held a position as Chief Operating Officer. In this position I was responsible for the welfare of our consulting workforce and the successful delivery of our projects to our blue chip client base. In 1996 I co-founded Henley Software Consultants, HSC, an IT consulting business. Over the subsequent 8 years I grew HSC from zero employees and zero turnover to a £4m concern with over 60 employees. HSC merged with Merit International in January 2004 to become Business Agility Ltd.
