I have served in several roles in my career bringing a wide range of experience and perspective to my clients. My engineering expertise includes:Residential, Commercial and Industrial Site Design:I am responsible for site investigation, analysis and design for residential, commercial and industrial sites; subdivision layout and legal descriptions; easement acquisition; highway occupancy permitting; design of site drainage systems (stormwater); design of site erosion and sedimentation controls; road design and site grading. It requires that I am experienced with client relations, project budgeting, and public presentations.Municipal Engineering Services:I am responsible for representing PA municipalities as their retained engineer. Services include: public meeting attendance and presentations; municipal MS4 permit compliance; contract document preparation, bidding, and oversight; strategic planning for regionalization initiatives; and plan reviews and ordinance authoring / recommendations.Water and Wastewater Design and Permitting:I am responsible for the management and fiscal performance of water/wastewater projects. This includes the designs of water/wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems; pump station designs; environmental assessments; Act 537 planning and modules; and Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans. The position requires working knowledge of water\wastewater PA DEP and EPA regulations and permitting processes.Financial Services:I am responsible for developing financing strategies and capital project plans for municipal and private entities. These strategies include both long range financial planning as well as assisting clients with the obtainment of federal, state and local project financing. I develop financial plans for water, wastewater and municipal projects to insure financial security for short and long term sustainability.

Baltimore, Maryland Area

As a summer intern I was responsible for highway intersection grading to improve stormwater drainage; I assisted in the designs of various structural elements including single/multi-column footings, base plates, retaining walls and concrete in-ground outlet structures. I had the opportunity to assist in the design of a six story steel framed hotel where I modeled the building in STAAD Pro. During my Internship I utilized Micro-Station R7.0 and In-roads to layout retaining wall designs using alignments and profiles.

As a part-time Designer I was responsible for assisting in the designs for small and large scale residential and commercial sites; subdivision layout; design of site drainage systems (stormwater); design of site erosion and sedimentation controls; road design and site grading.

Hamburg Pa Area

As a part-time Draftsman \ Surveyor I was responsible for field surveys which included level runs and operating a Topcon total station. In addition, I was responsible for the CAD drafting of small-scale subdivisions and land development plans. This included writing legal descriptions for new lots and easements. I assisted in the designs of site drainage systems (stormwater); design of site erosion and sedimentation controls; road design and site grading.
