Mark is responsible for our people and change practice that covers 5 areas:- HR Optimisation and Transformation- Behavioural Change Management incorporating Change Leadership- Organisation Development;- Talent Management; and- Workforce Optimisation incorporating Workforce Analytics and Strategic Workforce Management.Mark’s role as Global Leader for the HR Centre of Excellence ensures he spends time in each of our key regions with clients and local teams. Mark has focused on the ASPAC region in the last 12 months as we build our presence in this important market. He has presented at a number of regional conferences, media events and worked with local teams and key client clients in Australia, India, Hong Kong and China and the ASEAN region. Mark has presented on a diverse range of HR-related topics including HR Transformation, Talent Management and Change Leadership incorporating key messaging around cross border communications.In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Mark has led a number of significant, large-scale HR and Change transformation projects for some of our key clients. Typically, these engagements are multi-national addressing complex cross border cultural issues and the need for tailored communication strategies. Mark originally joined KPMG in 1989 and has subsequently led the People and Change activities with a number of high profile clients across all industries including financial services programmes covering HR Optimisation and Behavioural Change including employee communications and Organisation Development.
