I am a multi-talented manager with a great deal of hands-on experience in Project Management, Programming, Web Application Development, Graphic Design, Quality Management, Training Course Development/Implementation (online/automated as well as live classroom), Communication, Document/Process Management, Process Analysis/Improvement, Automated Reporting System Development, Database/Schema Design, Data Integration and Planning/Facilitation for Workgroup Projects of all sorts. In addition to my training as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, I've spent most of my life streamlining manufacturing processes and reporting systems with custom automation. I can easily slip into any company to become a highly-valued asset immediately.I came from a large, poor, single-parent family in inner-city Chicago. Despite my humble beginnings, I have always pulled myself up by my bootstraps and used every available resource to acquire a wealth of very valuable skills.
