I worked as a career banker for 24 years till 2009 in really innovative and interesting roles at Credit Suisse, Macquarie Bank, Rabobank and Westpac. Those roles included originating and structuring finance for acquisitions, as well as completing transactions in structured finance and securitisation, capital markets and corporate lending. From April 2009, I decided to ply my trade, my network and my knowledge into more unique situations and based more directly on my personal abilities. Since then, I have taken on roles as a listed company director (Rhipe Ltd), managed and expanded the funding for a large privately owned leasing company (Alleasing Pty Ltd), and provided financial advisory and arranging services to a range of small to mid-sized companies. I have delivered financing structures with funding provided both from within the banking sector and also by tapping into private and high net worth capital sources.My entire career and my prime interest has focused on creating and delivering something slightly different and new, compared to the status quo. Medpro Finance is a business that I and three partners founded in 2017 aimed at filling the gaps and improving customer experiences in the financing options available to medical professionals in Australia. We have built this business from the ground up and it has been shaped only by what really makes a difference to our customers and usually offering what they can't get from anyone else in quite the same way. We are always listening and improving what we offer. From a shareholder perspective, we have always enjoyed robust and profitable operations.
