At Boeing, I played a pivotal role in the re-architecture of the Inmedius suite, turning around a struggling subsidiary and saving a $25 million investment. My rapid promotion to Vice President of CDG allowed me to oversee software development and eLearning, managing a global team and driving P&L responsibility.
