Contract agency / staffing services, placing contractors with external clients, the main one being MicrosoftComplete Responsibility for all of the Following: ● End-to-End Talent Strategy and Execution: Directing and simultaneously actively participating with a domestic and international recruiting team of full-cycle recruiters and 20 agency partners across U.S. Canada, LATAM, EMEA and APAC● Global Scaling - Strategy & Operations: Strong experience leading teams, knowing when and how to scale up or down. Strategically defining, optimizing, and rolling out processes to scale staffing from 1 country to 25 countries worldwide● Executive Leadership Engagement: Engaging with entire LT and BU heads 1:1 as a trusted advisor● Data: Huge advocate of using available data to define, measure, analyze, implement, and control KPI’s, diving into data to monitor bottlenecks, pass-through rates, and other hiring metrics● Employee Development: Effectively managing, training, and developing geographically dispersed team, coaching and motivating on hiring best practices, sourcing, screening and negotiation● Account Management / Partnerships: Working closely with employees, clients and consultants to scope new opportunities and consistently producing top gross margin/profit and high revenue (Achiever’s Club). Oversaw end-to-end recruiting results for a range of complex/critical positions in technical and marketing organizations located in the US and Canada. Received recognition awards for (1) perfect CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores from hiring managers and external candidates and (2) working under very tight deadlines, with a very challenging client, to rapidly staff up a new MS division.
