By fostering a culture of success, was able to grow the locations from start-ups to multi-million dollar businesses and clear market leaders. Led the sales strategies, recruited and developed talent and established and maintained trusting and mutually beneficial relationships with clients and suppliers alike. Also responsible for building a high best-in-class warehousing and service organization in Southern Maine which provided trained technical installation services, asset and inventory management and client move management services. Expanded the business by establishing and leading a successful Interior Construction Division providing a pre-fabricated solution to interior spaces. Led and managed all real estate acquisitions and leases in the Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont markets.
