The application combined Google maps, Autodesk 360, and AutoCAD to create an existing conditions photo management system. Implemented a UTM transformation to map GPS to X-Y coordinates. Added commands to “zoom to” and highlight camera markers. Entered PhotoGeo in the Autodesk University 2012 APPHACK contest and took second place.

Stores Wireless Project: Design and development all tools and features for a system to place wireless components into a store plan and then automate bill of material reporting. MicroStation VBA with MDL and Windows API calls. User settings saved to XML. Won Target’s “Best Company Ever” cross-functional team award.Refrigeration Piping Manager: Developed dynamic refrigeration and reporting software so engineers could report refrigerant usage across store portfolio. Effort supported EPA requirements and could track refrigerant usage across 1700 stores.Existing Stores Adjacency: Developed an MDL application to scan and replace adjacency tags in merchant store plans. Implemented a batch process to step through hundreds of drawing files.

Formed Ramsey Systems in 1998 as a software consultancy to meet the growing demand for cost-saving design automation software in Architecture and Engineering organizations. Developed MicroStation MDL applications for Right of Way Design, Bridge Design, and Mechanical systems design. Trained architects in the use of 3D Project Architect. Developed MicroStation VBA productivity tools for architecture, mechanical, and electrical drafting.Co-founded Ramsey Systems Inc. a design automation consultancy specializing in computer-aided design for architecture and engineering organizations.Grew company from a single account in 1998 to more than forty accounts by 2002 – key clients included Lockwood Greene, JJ&G, Georgia DOT, and Alabama DOT.Developed cadgurus.com a web destination for CAD professionals.

Designed clean room systems for micro-electronics and fiber optics cable facilities. Provided design and construction support for film processing facilities. Assembled and maintained drawing sets.
