I also assisted the owner in achieving a significant R&D grant payment and EMDG grant payment via the timely completion of annual audited accounts within 2 months of June 2024.• As part of my Production Manager role, I increased DIFOT and reduced customer quality complaints via the rollout of a new production and procurement modelling system that improved labour efficiency, increased Shelf Ready Trays being produced per hour and improved the flow and accuracy of materials as they moved from raw material inputs to higher quality finished goods via completed weekly checklists by all staff in accordance with an updated HACCP Plan.• I also completed a strategic sales and marketing plan that would build on the 30% increase in distributor sales achieved in Q1 over Q4 by building win-win relationships with government offiicals in the NSW Premiers department that were an enabler to winning EMDG grants.
