After a successful career as a technology executive specializing in Customer Experience (CX), Client Services, and Partner Management across SaaS, eCommerce, medical technology, and digital content, I’ve transitioned to a deeply fulfilling role as a psychotherapist. My background, which includes leadership roles such as VP of Customer Experience and Chief Experience Officer (CXO), gave me extensive experience navigating complex interpersonal dynamics, leading teams, and understanding the human side of business across cultures and industries.In my tech career, I led global partnerships, scaling platforms like Kobo from hundreds of thousands to 14 million users in three years, and received international recognition for customer engagement. My expertise spanned Partner/Account Management, Sales, Customer Care, and Business Intelligence, with a focus on building deep connections with global partners and people from all walks of life.This international business experience provided me with invaluable insights into human behaviour, motivation, and relationship dynamics, which I now channel into my psychotherapy practice. Today, I specialize in individual and couples therapy, including sex therapy, drawing from my unique professional background to guide clients through personal and relational challenges. My transition from business to therapy allows me to blend strategic thinking with compassionate care, helping clients achieve greater self-awareness, communication, and fulfillment.
