Led communications on a cultural and technology transformation Programme engaging 18,000 staff and 11,000 branches across all corners of the UK, overhauling their approach to technology comms and leading a team of 7 to help transition the programme towards handover to a new phase of retail transformation.

I worked for Valleys to Coast on a fixed-term contract basis to help provide communications experience to guide them through the re-introduction of services during the pandemic, establishing the new visual brand and guiding them through a period of digital transformation, to include the migration to G-suite, creation of a new website and also looking at ways to transform internal communications via a new intranet and digital-first approach.
