Mark is a highly skilled and experienced manager with over twenty five years in company senior management and industry education, Mark specialises in coaching, team development and supplier management in Lean Sigma environments. Mark originally graduated in 1986 from the University of Limerick with a B.Eng. (Hons.) in Production Engineering. In the past thirty years he has continued his training with courses in the key aspects of business management.Prior to setting up Stockil Continuous Improvement, Mark was working as Business Unit Manager in the Irish subsidiary of Moog Incorporated. Before that he held the position of Quality and Information Technology Manager also in Moog. Before joining Moog, Mark worked as Corporate Supplier Engineering Manager with Swiss company Logitech SA and prior to that he held engineering positions in both Apple Computer and Western Digital Corporation.Specialties: Mark has experience in the following business sectors, Industrial Electronics, Consumer Electronics, Aerospace, Contract Manufacturing, Fintech, Injection Moulding, the Craft industry, Small retail industry, the Food Ingredients industry and Lean Healthcare. In addition to working through Stockil Continuous Improvement, Mark currently lectures in both University College Cork and the Cork Institute of Technology on Lean Sigma, Lean and Six Sigma techniques, Lean Supply Chain, Operations and Quality Management.
