Nonprofit consulting group focused on the application of information and communication technologies for health care (e-health) in developing countries.

Project management and research support for Dr. Amanda Castel, Principal Investigator for the NIH-funded DC HIV/AIDS Cohort Study. Research and support for the implementation and use of an online dashboard to support improvement in the HIV care and treatment continuum at participating sites.

• Detailed to Immunization Division to manage portfolio of local health providers to encourage and assist them in meeting requirements to provide COVID-19 vaccination services.• Managed cases of individuals and households in the Washington, DC, area who have tested positive for COVID-19 or who have been in contact with individuals who have. • Coordinated the provision of resources and public services to individuals in order to support their efforts to isolate/quarantine. • Provided training, technical support, and case review to other Contact Trace Force staff on the proper implementation of new case management protocols. • Identified potential outbreak clusters at businesses and congregate living facilities, and recommend in-person visits from health department staff when cases are not compliant with isolation/quarantine guidelines.

• Coordinated relationships with apartment building and condo managers to facilitate interviews and data collection from residents.• Conducted door-to-door in-person interviews for the 2020 Decennial Census.

Responsible for the development and implementation of the Society's online training and professional development programming, including webinars and the production of educational videos and other media.

Responsible for the development and coordination of professional development programs for the Society's 42,000+ members as well as special programs and activities to supoprt the Society's 15,000+ members outside the U.S. Also responsible for the overall monitoring and evaluation of SfN's programs and activities as well as the implementation and management of the organization's members-only online networking community, NeurOnLine.

Brought in as head of new department responsible for ICT capacity-building and content development programs to support AIHA’s traditional program models. Elevated to senior management after two years. Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing ICT-related programs and activities in support of all AIHA programs and funding proposals. Selected accomplishments: • Designed and implemented an award-winning program to improve the capacity of over 110,000 health professionals in Eurasia and Africa to access and apply healthcare research into practice. In 2004, this project was awarded as a Finalist in the Stockholm Challenge, a biannual competition recognizing programs that use ICTs innovatively to benefit people, society, and the environment. • Secured multi-year renewal for an $18 million cooperative agreement with USAID to support regional communication, networking, and pilot health projects in Eurasia. • Created the EurasiaHealth Knowledge Network, a USAID-funded website, document clearinghouse, and virtual community supporting healthcare professionals working in the region. • Established telemedicine, distance learning, and videoconferencing capabilities at over 100 healthcare organizations in developing countries. Worked with organizations, including the ministries of health of Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan, to help develop institutional and regional health information systems. • Developed and implemented programs totaling approximately $12 million annually across several US government-funded awards. • Coordinated the development of over a dozen websites, online toolkits, and other applications, including several iterations of the AIHA website.

Developed and maintained an Internet-based information clearinghouse for health professionals in Eurasia. Created several databases and mailing lists as well as an electronic document delivery system. Set up and monitored Internet access at 45 partnership hospitals and medical universities in 11 countries. Wrote and developed orientation manuals for health professionals involved in professional exchanges.
