With over 400 locations in the USA and growing, Hajoca has been in business for more than 150 years.My responsibilities included:-Assisting with the recruitment, development, training, coaching, evaluation and management of the Profit Center team. -Analyzing performance data to implement appropriate strategies to increase sales, improve operating efficiency, manage assets, and increase ROI and profit sharing. -Assisting with servicing customers, inventory control, shipping and receiving, warehousing and sales as part of the Profit Center Team. -Building relationships in the community to understand the marketplace, increase market share and identify new markets. -Conducting all business in accordance with Company policy and procedures. -Maintaining and insisting upon a safe working environment in accordance with the company’s Safety Standards, OSHA and any other applicable regulations. -Safeguarding and maintaining all Profit Center assets – buildings, fleet, equipment, inventory and receivables. -Implementing newer technologies (Online sales, iPads, Signature Pads, and Inventory Management Devices) and training programs company-wide.

My responsibilities included:-Management administrative duties: cash handling, cash drawer verification, bank deposits/withdrawals, employee records/filing injury reports, answering phones, scheduling per budgeted hours, and prepare payroll/distribute paychecks.-General management duties: key holder/shift manager, lead by positive attitude, upholding a professional appearance/demeanor, maintaining low-order times, ensuring food safe handling/quality procedures, ensuring a positive customer experience by going the second mile, identifying and employing training opportunities as needed, problem solving, daily maintenance/cleaning of equipment, and responsible for arming/opening/closing the location. -Inventory management duties: FIFO/rotating stock, unloading and verifying shipments prior to signing for delivery, multiple weekly deliveries, shelf-to-sheet ordering, item relocations, inventory adjustments/tracking, order creation/procurement, projections, and team member training.

Zoic Nation is a parkour/free running organization based out of Orlando, Florida. It was created in 2009 for the purpose of making parkour a mainstream sport in which anyone who wished to join was able to find a supportive community lead by certified volunteers/practitioners. My responsibilities included:-Teaching parkour/free running to aspiring enthusiasts of all ages.-Performing functions such as: organizing trips, verifying documents, researching, generic -administrative duties, and promoting events via social networking sites and local newspapers.-Stunt performances for schools, competitions, and local and national television shows.
