I have been head hunted by major and boutique human resources corporates, government, education systems, higher education institutions and not-for-profits for my expertise in career management (consultancy, training and facilitation, coaching, counselling) including Career Transition and Outplacement, Career Centre Services, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Career Education Policy and Program Development, Careers Resource Development, Tender Development, Business Planning and Strategic Marketing. This includes advising a major HR corporate on Career Transition Centre setup and operational strategy; deliveriing change and career management workshops for major and boutique HR corporates to businesses in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa; designing state-wide, high profile careers programs for the NSW government (youth at risk), the NSW Department of Education and Training (school to work), the Catholic Education Office (careers education and workforce planning); leading a TAFE review of schools' marketing strategy; and lecturer positions delivering post-graduate career development and counselling courses at university and higher education institutions. For nearly 20 years I have successfully coordinated one of the largest annual careers expos in NSW - CareerSearch, with 80 major exhibitors and over 5000 attendees.

I developed, coordinated and managed the NSW Department of Education and Communities' / TeachNSW's flagship attraction, recruitment and retention program - promoting "teaching as a career" to universities, university students and graduates, and the department's regional leadership, school executive and teachers, school leavers and school communities - with a particular focus on rural and remote NSW and regional Sydney. This included project managing state-wide careers immersion and study programs, visits and events; state-wide targeted internships and professional experience placements and financial sponsorship; executive and leadership partnership/mentor programs for high-achieving graduates; policy development, research and evaluation; marketing and social media strategies. I also spent a year in school staffing managing and leading state-wide and executive human resource projects; designing and delivering leadership development and change management initiatives; and coaching managers in performance management and development.
