Tima is a people, process productivity company supporting the manufacturing sector, with great people & our home-grown manufacturing execution system escollate™ and has been developing a paperless factory system. Manufacturers using esCollate™ have seen marked improvements in productivity, with typical improvements of 30 percent or more (in recent cases - one has improved productivity by 61% and the other by 70%) as well as corresponding reductions in waste.5) Operations and Finance Manager for an online shopping start up Banana Box Limited from September 2016 – 31 January 2020.6) Worked from August 2015 – October 2018 for a charitable organisation securing community & charity funding school programs. I also implemented Xero & undertook the Bookkeeping function. 7) An advisor Nelson IT company 2012 – 2019, generated local NZ sales revenue utilising my NZ corporate network. In 2013 successfully raised capital, and then developed a US market entry strategy.
