Consolidated Rental Car Facility (CONROC) (328.5 million). 5-story 1.8 million Sq. Ft. concrete structure consisting of vehicular parking areas, retail areas, commercial office spaces, car wash area and fueling stations servicing all car rental companies for the Honolulu Airport. Ensure plan, spec and code compliance are being met. Assist with MEP installations and commissioning, testing and close-out of all systems. Assist with PMR’s and change orders. City and County of Honolulu Joint Traffic Management Center (56.0 million) Construction of a 66,000 sq. ft. Project consisted of the City and County Emergency Services Center. Building included a EM call center, Data Center with redundant systems housing the crisis management center for the island of Oahu. Roles included performing as General Superintendent, QC in addition to overall Project Management. Coordinated all trades, installation, field activities, ensure plan, spec and code compliance are being met oversee all commissioning, testing and close-out of all systems. Develop PMR’s and forecasting and pay applications, review and approve change orders, develop and coordinate schedule. Actively review and assist with design upgrades and value engineering. Oversee all QC activities

MEP Director. Globally responsible for supporting Estimating and Preconstruction and project completion. Initiate, review and coordinate in VE options to secure lower cost and higher profitability. Oversee the securing of subcontracts and equipment purchases as new projects are started. Evaluate and assist in the assignment of MEP Coordinators to major projects. Make periodic jobsite visits to ongoing projects to assess and evaluate progress of MEP work to ensure plan, spec and code compliance are being met. Assist site project managers in setting up and monitoring commissioning schedules, along with all other MEP-related items. Projects have over Two Billion in value and have included Calistoga Four Seasons Resort in California, Ritz reserve in Bermuda, Half Moon Bay Resort in Jamaica, Little Dix Bay Resort in Virgin Gorda, Hilton Maui Bay Villas resort in Hawaii, The W Resort in Turks and Caicos, International Market Place Retail Center in Hawaii, Mall of San Juan in Puerto Rico
